GARFIELD COUNTY SURPLUS SALE
Garfield County is accepting sealed bids on surplus property
including vehicles, kitchen equipment and office equipment.
A list of items is available at the Clerk’s Office or at
www.garfield.utah.gov. Bids will be accepted in the County Clerk’s
Office until 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 23rd. Bids will be opened
at 1:30 p.m., Monday, October 26, 2009 in the Commission
chambers at the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main Street,
Panguitch, Utah. The successful bidder will have 48 hours to
complete the transaction.
All items will be sold in “as is” condition, and all sales will be final.
Garfield County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all
